  • The Bill has already been passed by the Parliament.

  • About The Bill
(1) Not just an organisation but an Individual can also be declared terrorists and their propertiescan be seized.
(2) It provides for travel ban on individuals who declared terrorists.
  • Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed and Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar are likely to be the first two to be designated as terrorists under the legislation.
